Footage captured at the scene by Boyd A. Loving shows the wrecked Honda CRV and minor structural damage to the shuttered clinic at 24-25 Maple Avenue in Fair Lawn.

A hydraulic lift tow truck responded to remove the SUV and the borough's building department was called to inspect structural damage.
